We regret the inconvenience caused to you. You can register a complaint online. Please be assured that the complaint shall be attended in a shortest possible time.

By giving your complaint online, your complaint registered is entered directly in to the Internal Complaint Redressal System (ICRS) and is automatically forwarded to the Concerned official. The official then addresses or gets necessary action done and a feed back is given to the consumer. The complaint is then closed after redressal.

If you are unsatisfied and wish to appeal, you may approachConsumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF) as provided under the Regulations.
